Dr Alice Chang is a Psychiatrist with advanced sub-specialty qualifications in Perinatal, Infant, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Dr Chang also holds certificate in Adult Psychiatry.

Edge Hill Clinic focuses on child, adolescent, perinatal and general adult psychiatry. Dr Chang provides teleconferencing/ videoconferencing consultation to rural and remote areas.

Dr Alice Chang has many years of experience in Psychiatry and was the Director of Child and Youth Mental Health Service at Cairns Hospital. Currently she serves on the executive board of the Faculty of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, and a number of national training accreditation committees. She was awarded the Young Queenslander of the Year and the Young Australian of the Year, and continues to work in international humanitarian aids. Dr Chang was the Cambridge University Bill Gates Scholar.

Consultation at Edge Hill Clinic is by appointment only. It is a non bulk billing clinic and does not provide after-hours service. All urgent and medical emergencies should be directed to the Cairns Hospital.
