Dr Alice Chang is a highly qualified and compassionate psychiatrist with advanced subspecialty training in Perinatal, Infant, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry. She also holds formal qualifications in Adult Psychiatry, allowing her to provide comprehensive mental health care across all life stages.

At Edge Hill Clinic, Dr Chang offers a focused practice in child, adolescent, perinatal, and general adult psychiatry. 

With extensive experience in public and private sectors, Dr Chang has served as the Director of Child and Youth Mental Health Services at Cairns Hospital. 

She currently sits on the Executive Committee of the Faculty of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and contributes to several national training and accreditation boards.

Dr Chang’s dedication to mental health and community service has been recognised through numerous awards, including Young Queenslander of the Year and Young Australian of the Year. A former Bill Gates Scholar at the University of Cambridge, she also continues to support international humanitarian work.
